December marks me at 35 months. I'm such a big boy! December is usually quite a snowy month for us in Boston, and this month marked our second real snow. We woke up to about 8 inches and it kept coming. I donned my snow gear (and yes, I'm still wearing those snow pants that are just below my kness) and headed out to play.
I spent most of my time eating the snow, though I didn't eat any yellow snow. I exclaimed that the snow tasted like chocolate.

After shovelling snow, we jumped into the giant snow piles. Weee!

Christmas season brings Christmas parties, and our first stop was my buddy Kaya's party.

I was all about the Christmas season and all about the presents. I had helped Mommy wrap presents, so when Gigi and Bubba arrived with their 5 suitcases full of presents, I was all up in arms that none of their presents had bows on them. They had to have bows on them before they could go under the tree! I examined each present, asked who it was for, and chose a random bow to go on each present.
Cousin Samantha, Aunt Lauren, and Uncle Isaac joined us on Christmas Eve. Samantha and I share a turn on the sit and spin before Christmas Eve Mass.
After Mommy's work on Christmas Eve, she joined us in our matching Christmas PJ's and we helped Samantha open her birthday presents.

I could hardly await Santa Claus's arrival. I left him some cookies and milk and some carrots for the reindeer on a special UK Christmas plate. I awoke super early on Christmas Day and couldn't wait to see what Santa brought. I woke up everyone in the house by 7am and the present opening began. Samantha was interested for a few minutes, but then it was overwhelming for her.
Apparently Mommy was super excited about something.
I opened up Santa Claus's loot first and I was thrilled. GeoTrax were my big gift and I got a train system, a big bridge, and extra tracks. Gigi and Bubba compelted my GeoTrax extravaganza with a big Cars set. Santa also brought me Candyland and Memory games, some bath colors, and some matchbox cars.
I got all sorts of other cool stuff like this game Ned's Head from Mimi and Papaw. In this game, there are all sorts of gross things in Ned's Head and you have to pull them out through his ears and nose - eew! I got clothes and movies and other great things.
Bubba and Daddy set up my GeoTrax in the dining room and it took up a whole corner. We had a blast and played this for hours at at time. It was definitely a hit!
Even old toys were a hit as we played with my kitchen.
I really got into playing Candyland, although I had to win every time. Samantha wasn't really interested, but she watched me play.
The memory game was a little too complicated with all these cards, but Mommy, Daddy, Lauren, and Isaac enjoyed playing it.
Everyone had a great Christmas. Mommy got new snowgear so she no longer has to wear three pairs of sweatpants and tennis shoes in the snow (see above). Daddy got a fancy new DSLR camera and I enjoyed posing in my cowboy costumes.

Christmas season wound down and the house became more empty. The snow melted and life became a little more boring, until next month.
